Pre-Wedding Shoot, Engagement Shoot, Couples Photography Session… you may have heard them called many things, but they all mean the same thing: spending some time with your wedding photographer, before your big day.
Why do we think this is important?
You may have noticed that our main wedding packages have a ‘Pre-Wedding’ Shoot included, that’s right… we charge nothing… zip …. nada! This is something that we love to do with all our couples for one big reason: It’s all about YOU!
We think it’s so important your photography reflects your personality. To do that we kind of need to be spending a bit of time with the both of you…. getting to know what makes you tick, your ‘in’ jokes, your quirks, likes and dislikes. And there’s no better way to do that, than with a fun little photo session. (trust us!)
Yes, we really do mean fun!
Yes; we’ll have a camera with us, and yes; we’ll take some photos of you both, and yes; you’ll probably feel super awkward at first and get the giggles …. be we promise you’ll soon feel super relaxed and in your element. We keep our pre-wedding shoots chilled, with the focus on having fun and making you feel confident in front of the camera. As with our wedding photography nothing is overly posed or forced… just the two of you hanging out together.
Of course, if you have some ideas or a particular theme you want to explore… we’re all ears.
Come your wedding day, you’ll be opening the door to people you know and trust, being used to us taking photos of you; giving you one less thing to worry about.
