“Photography is an investment that gives back for years to come.” Sounds familiar? You’ve probably heard it time and time again. Of course, I believe it to be true – but I also know that investment goes beyond the actual photos you receive once all is done and dusted.
The experience you have before, during and after your big day is just as important to us as the photos I deliver.
Photographing your wedding day is not something I take for granted. No matter how many weddings I have captured, it’s always a massive buzz to hear those words: “will you be my wedding photographer?” – because I know you’re investing heavily in me and my photography skills.
Our Approach
By now, hopefully you’ve already seen that we’re not the kind of photographers who turn up for a handful of hours on your wedding day, leave and then send you a few photos x weeks later. The very thought makes us feel uncomfortable! 🙈
We believe that great photographs come out of the great relationships that we build with our couples. That’s why you’ll never find us showing up at your door on the morning of your wedding day, having never met you in person before.
Your pre-wedding shoot will get you feeling super relaxed and confident about having us take your photos by the time your big day arrives.

– Private online gallery that’s a sinch to share with family and friends
– Full print rights to your images, full resolution & no watermarks
– Recommendation for amazing, trusted wedding suppliers
– Heaps of amazing photos you’ll want to hang on you wall!

Absolutely! I am constantly getting feedback from our lovely couple’s about how relaxed and confident I have made them feel in front of the camera.
But don’t take my word for it… here’s what Elizabeth had to say after her pre-wedding shoot:
“We love them! We were both a bit nervous about the wedding photos but after last night feel 100% relaxed and confident.”
Every wedding is different, and I would never hold anything back, so I don’t believe in setting a target. That being said, I have not delivered less than 600 photos for a full day (in fact, it’s usually much more).
The photos I deliver to you are high resolution and come with full print rights for you to get something framed to hang on the wall. It makes me extremely happy when our couples do this! So much better than those incredible photos languishing on your phone…
The online gallery I provide also allows you and your family & friends to order prints and frames directly.
Yes. Our top package (Going All In) includes a premium album, but you can also get an album made after your wedding if you didn’t originally opt for it.
You can also purchase ‘parent’ albums, which are duplicates of the original, just a bit smaller.
Our couples usually ask for 6-8 group photos (after all, no one wants to stand around with face ache when there’s a party to get to!).
You can give us a list of the group photos you want closer to your wedding date, and we can chat about some tips on how to make it quick and easy for you.
The pre-wedding shoots are included in my packages as a complimentary service, but if you really don’t want to take advantage of, it that’s ok.
Couples find them invaluable in making them feel relaxed in front of the camera. It’s a great opportunity to meet before your day and chat about your plans too. Find out more here.
Your images will be delivered to you via a private online gallery… it makes it really easy to share with friends and family.
Usually it takes 6-8 weeks to get your images ready for you. As I shoot a limited number of weddings each year, the time frame is seldom affected. However sometimes all my bookings arrive at once and it may take a little longer.
I always aim to give you a sneak peek of a few images in the week after your wedding… because I know you won’t be able to wait to see them!
Bookings are on a first come first service basis. Only payment of a deposited will confirm the date is yours.
Yes, if you want to add a few more hours to either package, do get in touch.
Of course, it would be unprofessional not to have one. But don’t worry, it is nice and straight forward and not full of legal jargon. It’ll protect both sides if anything goes awry.
I take a 20% deposit to confirm your date… but not until I have had a good chat and made sure I am the right fit.
