The pandemic means I have experienced weddings in a way I hadn’t before. And I have to say, despite the restrictions… I absolutely loved it! The excitement and the love were all just the same, without a hundred guests to feed!
why have an intimate wedding?
While 2020 might have been the ultimate year of ‘micro’ weddings (thanks Covid!) …. the desire to have a more intimate wedding is not something new and it suits some couples much better. They can be just as amazing as a big day with ALLLL your family and friends there.
For you, it may be the ideal option.
With just your nearest and dearest, you get an opportunity to spend more quality time with the people that are closest to you ….. and there’s less people to share the cake with!
A smaller wedding is likely to be a lot easier to organise, as well as saving you a tonne to put towards that honeymoon. Of course, you can still go all out too!
